Commercial building cleaning and janitorial services. We work with our clients to identify areas of concern, and develop cleaning schedules and processes that address the clients specific needs.

Commercial Cleaning:

Don’t feel like cleaning your own building? Our commercial cleaning option is for you. Basic commercial cleaning typically involves cleaning the fixtures and floors of a building. Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, paper products are restocked, and trash removed from waste cans.

Janitorial:

If you don’t want to worry about any of your facilities cleaning or stocking of consumables, our janitorial option is for you. With a janitorial contract we take care of all your facility cleaning and restocking needs. We will supply, order, and stock your restroom needs like toilet paper, hand towels and hand soaps as well as air fresheners and feminine hygiene products. We can also supply our clients with break rooms supplies, ranging from paper products like cups, plates, flatware, napkins as well as coffee, creamer, sugar and beverage straws.

If you have a new facility or are retrofitting an existing one, we can make recommendations on products to stock, and the dispensers for them. Don’t want to be bothered? We can order the dispensers for you and work with your contractor to have them installed.

We can also make recommendations on flooring and fixtures based on your use of the space and what kind of maintenance level you would want.

Floor Care

Floors are probably the hardest used part of any building. Proper maintenance of flooring will build a clean image and extend the life of your flooring. Chances are, if you can cover a floor with it, we can clean it. If we can’t handle it, we will recommend a trusted company who can.

Carpet cleaning

Carpet cleaning is available to clients who wish to take advantage of this service. We clean many different types of carpeting, ranging from standard commercial grade carpet to artificial turf. Not sure if your carpeting needs a cleaning or to be replaced? Ask us for a professional opinion.

Floor Sealing and Maintenance

We are able to seal and maintain a wide variety of flooring, ranging from sheet vinyl and VCT to rubber flooring, and just about everything in between.
